This place suits me perfectly, offering free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and relaxing massage options. I fondly remember how the staff helped me find my lost bracelet on my first visit. I highly recommend enjoying breakfast in the lovely garden! I'm coming back for a romantic escape.

This is a hotel go-to for Menton! The rooms are beautifully decorated with large bathrooms. The property's location is exceptionally nice, so close to the street across was lined with outdoor restaurants on the water, the center of Menton and the centre of beautiful Menton.

The breakfast was above average and traditional with garden view, all the food was good.

Opt for a lower floor room for better access to the beach and garden areas, and enjoy the live piano music during breakfast.

Excellent location, right next to shopping and the beach! The back door opens into nice gardens and restaurants, perfect for dining outside. Paid for the extra €40 for a balcony room, best decision! The view was very nice, with the turquoise water right in front. Room felt small, but we barely spent time inside anyway. Staff were mostly friendly, though one front desk employee had a grumpy demeanor. The breakfast offered a decent variety but wasn't always fresh, especially the scrambled eggs and sausages. That being said, the setting of breakfast in the garden was very pleasant. Noise could be an issue, particularly early in the morning from street cleaning. Parking was convenient but could be difficult to find at peak times. Enjoyed our stay and exploring Menton.

The localization is perfect! You cross the street and you have the beach and you can walk to the old part of village and marina where you have a lot of restaurants and nice places to visit. The outside architecture of the building and the entrance with gardens and chairs are also very pleasant, you can read a book "feeling the Riviera". In general, we liked to stay there and would choose it again as a 3 stars hotel.
The rooms are very small (it's hard to have 2 big bags to open and still have room for 2 person :o) and the bed is not very confortable, but is a 3 stars hotel so it's acceptable. The breakfast is poor and the waiters are not gentle, but you can have it outside so it becames better!

Location not far from the old town, another restaurant, and a beach that is made of very clean pebbles and great for swimming. Good food for above average and traditional breakfast with garden view.
No parking space.

The terrace overlooking the sea was fantastic.
Upon arrival, our room had a dreadful sewer smell that lingered initially. There were large pieces of broken crockery on our terrace. For the price of €250 a night, the lack of attention to cleanliness and maintenance was unacceptable.

Sea front location, handy for bus and rail connections, good local restaurants. Very comfortable. An excellent varied programme of entertainment was available Monday to Friday.
All of the restaurant staff except the Maitre d were very helpful and cheerful. If you take bed and beakfast and then opt to eat dinner at the hotel on a few occasions, guests have to be aware that when the hotel is busy - for our stay, the last 2 evenings - then you cannot book to eat there. This was not explained to us, and the Maitre d of the restaurant was really quite aggressive in telling us to go elsewhere. While there are many good restaurants close by, we felt that his attitude was not acceptable, and that the fact that we may not be able to eat dinner there should have been pointed out when we arrived. Apparently, many French guests take full board!

We really enjoyed the beach across the street. We also had our room with a view on the sea. The road between the hotel and the beach is not noisy. Of course the rooms on the other side of the hotel do not enjoy the view on the sea, but on a street, although the rooms in the higher floor should allow a view on the mountains. I guess the rooms on the street should be slightly noisier. But all in all it's a very comfortable, (and clean) hotel, the staff is very kind and helpful, and the breakfast is decent (though you should not expect a full English breakfast - but something better than a Continental one). Many customers are pensioners or families - which gives an impression of quiteness and peacefulness - not bad when you come to relax. As for the rates, it's very good value for money.
Should have a kettle and some cutlery in the room - always useful when you want to enjoy (nice) local specialities you might have picked as you wander in the city.

View from window. Location
First impression on entering the Hotel was very nice, however it was very short-lived when entering our room which was disappointing to say the least. The bed was in pieces, literally & staked against the wall . Also no furniture, no tv. We were moved to a marginally better room & the staff were apologetic. Although the hotel was good value I don't think I would stay there again.
